Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Unicorn Powered, LLC d/b/a ArsenalBase (“ArsenalBase,” “we,” “us”) for using arsenalbase.com and everything on it. Please read them. By creating a Vault or using ArsenalBase, you agree to them.

Last updated November 1, 2026

The short version
  • You must be 18 or older to use ArsenalBase.
  • ArsenalBase is a display case and a social network. It is not a marketplace: no buying, selling or trading here.
  • You own what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it the way your settings say.
  • Follow the law and our Community Guidelines, or we may remove content or close accounts.
  • ArsenalBase is provided as is, and our liability is limited.

The agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Copyright Policy, make up the agreement between you and ArsenalBase. If you don’t agree, don’t use ArsenalBase.

Who can use ArsenalBase

To use ArsenalBase you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • be able to form a binding contract where you live;
  • not be barred from using ArsenalBase by law or by an earlier suspension from us; and
  • use ArsenalBase only in ways that are legal where you are.

ArsenalBase is built for people in the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Your account and handle

Keep the information on your account accurate and your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away at support@arsenalbase.com if you think someone else has accessed it. One person per account; don’t share or sell accounts.

Your handle is your public identity and your Vault’s address. Handles are permanent once claimed. Some handles are reserved for ArsenalBase and for the brands in our catalog, and you may not use a handle or display name to impersonate a person, a brand or ArsenalBase. We may reclaim or change a handle that breaks these terms.

What ArsenalBase is, and isn’t

ArsenalBase lets you show the firearms, knives and gear you own, document builds, follow other members and talk about it all. Some things it is not:

  • Not a marketplace. You may not use ArsenalBase to buy, sell, trade, give away, lend or arrange the transfer of firearms, ammunition, suppressors, regulated parts or any other regulated item.
  • Not a dealer or verifier. ArsenalBase is not a licensed dealer. We don’t verify that members own what they show, or that anything shown is legal where they are.
  • Not advice. Specs, compatibility and catalog details come from third-party sources and from members, and they can be wrong. Nothing on ArsenalBase is legal, safety, gunsmithing or buying advice. Check the manufacturer, a qualified professional and the law where you live before you buy, modify, carry or transport anything.
  • Not affiliated with any brand. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify their products. ArsenalBase isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them, and a “Verified” mark on a brand means only that we checked its catalog details.

Your content

“Content” means anything you add to ArsenalBase: photos, firearms and mods, descriptions, build history, posts, comments, messages, your profile and the like. You keep ownership of your content.

You give ArsenalBase a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, adapt (for example, resizing photos and removing their metadata), display and distribute your content, only to operate, protect and improve ArsenalBase and only in line with the visibility settings you choose. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or that remain for a limited time in backups, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Content you make public can be seen by anyone, including people who aren’t signed in, and may appear in search engine results. Private vaults, hidden firearms and “Only me” posts limit who sees what; see the Privacy Policy for details. Messages in Comms are seen by the people in that conversation. They aren’t end-to-end encrypted, and we may review them when they’re reported or flagged, or when the law requires it.

You’re responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights to post it and that it follows these terms and the law.

Rules of conduct

Our Community Guidelines are part of these terms. In particular, you may not:

  • break any law or help someone else break one, including laws on firearm ownership, transfer, transport, storage and modification;
  • offer, request or arrange a sale, trade or transfer of firearms, ammunition or regulated items, including “message me” offers, links to listings, or deals made in Comms;
  • share instructions for illegally making or converting firearms, such as machine-gun conversion devices;
  • threaten, harass or incite violence against anyone, or keep contacting someone who has blocked you or asked you to stop;
  • post someone else’s personal information, or serial numbers, license numbers or other identifying details in public content;
  • impersonate anyone, or squat on a name with a handle;
  • upload content you don’t have the rights to;
  • spam, run fake accounts, or manipulate follows, likes, reposts or trending;
  • access or collect data from ArsenalBase with bots, scrapers or other automated means without our written permission (search engines that follow our robots.txt are fine);
  • probe, break or get around our security, rate limits or privacy controls, or reverse engineer ArsenalBase except where the law allows it; or
  • upload malware or otherwise interfere with ArsenalBase or other members.

Photo processing

When you upload a photo, we remove its embedded metadata, including GPS location, before anyone else can see it. For photos shown on a firearm, a mod or your Vault banner, we also run an automated check for visible serial numbers and ask you to blur or dismiss anything it finds.

These tools help, but they aren’t a guarantee. You are responsible for what your photos show, including serial numbers, license plates, addresses and people.

Reports and enforcement

You can report content and accounts in the app: posts, comments, firearms, reviews, questions, answers and members from their menus, and messages, people and groups in Comms. You can also email support@arsenalbase.com with a link and a short description. You can block a member, from their Vault, a report or Comms; while you’re signed in, a blocked member can’t message you or see your Vault and activity.

We may remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put ArsenalBase or other people at risk. Messages that look like a sale may be hidden automatically and flagged for review, and posts and comments with language or sale terms may be flagged for review. Content enough members report may be hidden from everyone until we review it. We aren’t obliged to monitor content and we may not catch everything, but we act on what we find and what is reported to us. We may preserve and share information with law enforcement as described in our Privacy Policy.

Leaving ArsenalBase

You can stop using ArsenalBase at any time. To delete your account, use Settings → Manage account where it’s available, or email support@arsenalbase.com from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information. After your account is deleted, your handle may become available to someone else.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering ArsenalBase. Sections that by their nature should continue (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and disputes) survive the end of this agreement.

Changes to ArsenalBase and these terms

ArsenalBase is new and changing. Features marked “Soon” aren’t available yet and may change or never ship. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

ArsenalBase is free today. If we introduce paid features, we’ll show you the price and terms before you’re charged anything.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, for example on the site or by email. If you keep using ArsenalBase after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

ArsenalBase is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don’t promise that ArsenalBase will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any content, spec or catalog detail is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ArsenalBase and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to ArsenalBase or these terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to ArsenalBase or these terms is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against ArsenalBase arising out of your content, your use of ArsenalBase, or your breach of these terms or the law, you agree to defend and indemnify ArsenalBase and its owners, employees and partners against that claim and the losses, costs and reasonable legal fees that result, to the extent the law allows.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before filing a claim, contact us at legal@arsenalbase.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If we can’t, any claim must be brought in the state courts of Yamhill County, Oregon or in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and both you and ArsenalBase consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead.

General terms

  • These terms and the policies they link to are the entire agreement between you and ArsenalBase about the service.
  • If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
  • We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We may send notices to the email address on your account or post them on ArsenalBase.
